| Mr. Alan
Garber is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed to practice in both Florida and
New York. Mr. Garber received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976. After graduation, he was employed by Hurdman and Cranstoun, an international firm in Miami, FL, and subsequently was employed by the (then 'big eight') accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand in New York City, where he was primarily involved in the small business department. This experience enabled him to handle all aspects of a client's accounting needs, including accounting, tax, and management advisory services.
